In 1994, Ginette and Jean-Luc Cenier took over milk production and tall stem orchards from the farm of Ginette’s parents. The cider workshop has been created and developed since that date. The Ferme de la Vallée au Tanneur is typical of the Pays d’Oauge region with its 80 hectares of meadows, 12 of which are tall orchards, on which 40 Norman cows graze: 100% Norman countryside guaranteed. Located in the heart of the Pays d’Auge, we produce in Organic Agriculture a whole range of products under Appellation d’Origine Contrée (AOC) in accordance with tradition: Cider AOP Pays d’Auge, Pommeau de Normandie, Calvados. In addition, there are other quality products: Apple cider vinegar, apple juice, perry. Our products are regularly rewarded in local competitions. The farm located on the Cider Route near Cambremer, is a typical place where it is good to walk between April and September. During this period, Ginette or Jean-Luc welcomes you for a visit and / or a tasting of the different products in a friendly and family atmosphere. You will also find locally produced honey and raw milk cheeses in the farm shop (Camembert, Pont L’Éveque, Livarot). We can also receive you in a motorhome with free parking for 1 night.
