  • Opening hours: Monday to Friday all year round and weekends from March 15 to November 15 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. (7 p.m. in July and August)

Planting of 17 varieties of cider apples from the Pays d’Auge region on 20 hectares of organic orchards by the sea. Artisanal farming and production in a typical Norman environment.

On land that has always been used for agriculture, we expanded our apple and pear orchards 20 years ago and dedicated our efforts exclusively to processing apples and pears.
Pure juice, traditional methods, natural effervescence, expression of the terroir, and respect for the land are all principles that have guided, and continue to guide, our production choices.
Today, we produce two pure apple and pear juices, cider vinegar aged in oak barrels, three main vintage cider cuvées, two-year-old Pommeau de Normandie, and blends and vintage Calvados Pays d’Auge.
We welcome our clients to the Domaine, offering them the opportunity to discover our work through tours and tastings, as well as meals in our Victor bistro.
Orchards and grassy terraces surround the reception areas.
All services are by reservation only.
We are located on the charming coastal road between Honfleur and Trouville-Deauville, nestled between the sea and the countryside.
We also ship our products to our French and inernational customers and focus on our exports.
Our customers are retailers in specialized distribution channels.
We also work primarily with direct customers.
We are part of the organic and local network and the Bienvenue à la Ferme network.
