The Vergers du Chouquet, cider cellar, produce AOC / AOP products on their farm located on the hillsides of the Pays d’Auge and are committed to carrying out traditional and extensive production.
Nestled in the heart of the Pays du Camembert and in the Pays d’Auge area, renowned for the exceptional quality of its cider apples, the Aguinet family operates 19 hectares of low and high stems orchards in Organic Agriculture, made up of around thirty varieties of cider apples. We transform our production into Cider, Poiré, Normandy Pommeau, Calvados, Apple Juice, Sparkling Apple Juice, Pear Juice, Cider Vinegar (recognized for its beneficial properties) and cider and perry confits. Regularly rewarded in various competitions including the Agriculture fair, the Normandy Cider competition … you can find our products in cellars, crêperies, delicatessens, local product stores, restaurants and at trade fairs. In addition, Christophe welcomes you from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Monday to Saturday (March to September) on his farm where you can visit the cellar and taste the cider products he makes.
