Gautard cider cellar in the heart of the Pays d’Age
A family farm of 5 generations working with old varieties of traditional tall stalk apple trees. Our products are harvested by ourselves and then processed on the farm. We are in biological conversion. We have a point of sale on the farm which allows our customers to see how the transformation is going.
