A 65-hectare family farm practicing organic agriculture since 1996.
Our sales are made through short circuits:
2 markets per week including one in organic on the Côte Fleurie, sales at the farm, fairs, organic stores, hospitality sector and small food stores.
Cutesson is a hamlet in Vimoutiers iin the southern Pays d’Auge region, nestled in the verdant Vie valley.
The farm is located on the D979 just outside Vimoutiers after a small road we take, below the Chat Tigre parking lot.
A long driveway lined with tall apple trees, under which our animals graze, leads to the farm. The farm currently covers 72 hectares and is certified organic, including 12 hectares of low-stem orchards and 12 hectares of high-stem orchards.
Access is easy for coaches, which can maneuver in the courtyard without difficulty.
All the cider-making operations are concentrated in one building: press, fermentation room, cellar, and storage.
We welcome groups of up to 30 to 40 people by reservation. For individuals, we strongly advise calling us before coming to the farm, as we are not always on site: markets, deliveries, fieldwork, etc.
The approximately one-hour tour begins with a presentation of the farm (area, apple varieties, our commitment to organic farming since 1996, etc.) followed by a visit to the cider press, the fermentation cellar, the bottling plant, the storage facilities, and the labeling area. We will also explain our beef cattle operation, our direct sales channels, and the processing of the meat into prepared dishes.
The tour will conclude with a video of the cider-making workshop and a tasting of our products.
