My ambition is to reveal the extraordinary potential of our terroirs by producing exceptional ciders.
After a career as an agronomist in the wine industry, I returned to my native region, convinced that it also boasts exceptional cider-producing terroirs.
My practices and range of ciders are inspired by the world of winemaking: hand-harvesting, single-vineyard and vintage cuvées, and natural secondary fermentation in the bottle.
This unique approach allows me to offer gastronomic ciders that grace the tables of passionate chefs.
Committed to healthy and sustainable agriculture, the Domaine is currently undergoing conversion to organic farming.
