My ambition is to reveal the extraordinary potential of our land by producing exceptional ciders.
After an agronomist journey in the world of wine, I returned to settle in my native region with the conviction that there are also great cider terroirs. My practices and my range of ciders are inspired by the wine world: manual harvesting, fragmented and vintage cuvées, taking natural foam in the bottle. This unique approach makes it possible to offer gourmet ciders that are found on the tables of passionate chefs. Committed to healthy and sustainable agriculture, the Estate is currently being converted to Organic Agriculture. Opening hours by appointment only.
