Installed since April 1, 1988, after the retirement of the owners on an area of 65 Ha. Processing of fruit into cider in 1990. Certified organic production since 2017. We are harvesting owners: we only transform certified organic fruit from the farm into: -cider A.O.C Pays d’Auge – Normandy knob – Calvados – Apple juice – cider vinegar – honey
